Full Time Employees are on the payroll and work full time (plus) in the shop and on the road. We have 8-10 full time employees at this point and no openings mid-season.
We may have opening at the end of the year. We plan to hire the top crew person from our Intern Program, as we have done every year for the past four years, as they have proven themselves.
