RSWC is a NASCAR Talent Scout and ongoing, long-term Driver Career Development Program. Career bound Drivers selected by RSWC are in our program for several years.

If you have a Driver you want to learn in road course cars, we strongly endorse the Skip Barber Racing Schools.

The Skip Barber Racing Series is a great way to get started in racing cars. At any given time, RSWC has 2-4 drivers racing in one or more of the Skip Barber Racing Series.
