Wouldn't it have been great to have known Mario Andretti, AJ Foyt or Dale Earnhardt as they were young racers ... before they made it big in American auto racing? How cool would be to help a young driver that becomes the next Jeff gordon, Tony Stewart or Dale Earnhardt Jr. ?

This is the opportunity to do that. Young race drivers in the Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle program will go on to be stars in NASCAR, IRL & Champ Car. Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle (RSWC) scouts for drivers all over the West Coast.

RSWC conducts a major talent search each year that includes reviewing hundreds of resumes, doing in-depth interviews ... and testing the top talent in race cars. The handful that show the RSWC Scout Team they have what it takes to make it NASCAR, IRL and Champ Car are selected.

If chosen, Driver Career Development is a multi-year process, as RSWC trains, coaches, develops, molds and races these young drivers into what top Pro Teams want in young drivers.

Even though RSWC is not a "for profit" operation ... this costs a lot of money. The families of these young drivers are not wealthy. It takes all they have ... and for most families, more than they have ... to have their son or daughter be on the path to a racing career.

Parents can often be unobjective about their children's talents. Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle ... and Ron Sutton specifically ... is brutally honest about their talent. Ron doesn't select a driver to be on a race team, or in the RSWC Driver Career Development program, unless they show they really have the talent and potential to be a star in professional racing.

This outside, objective, experienced assessment gives the families confidence their young driver is capable. But unrealized potential in life, and in raing, is almost a cliche. Many young people never reach their potential ... for a variety of reasons.

These young drivers can. They have the talent, and RSWC has the training, coaching, race teams and connections to Pro Teams to make it happen. The only challenge is financial ... and you can be a part of the solution.
